As an athlete for much of my life I have been fortunate enough to turn that passion into a career. Although I am currently chasing more PR’s for the athletes I coach and CrossFit Arioch as a whole you can occasionally find me picking up some heavy things. “Grunt work” style workouts are my favorite way to train, but I am ALWAYS experimenting with new movement to bring to my clients.
