I grew up in El Paso, Texas then moved shortly after I graduated high school to San Jose, California were I resided for about 6 years. In 2005 I moved to Roselle, IL and have been here since, with my wife and three children. I always have been a very competitive person and love the camaraderie created in team sports. In high school I played football, ran cross country and track. During my time in San Jose I had the privilege of playing two years of Amateur/Semi Pro Football for the San Jose Jaguars. I began my CrossFit journey in 2009 at CrossFit Roselle and competed in the open since 2011. Since living in Illinois, I have completed four Chicago Marathons and participated in a few local CrossFit competitions and competed in USA Weightlifting’s American Open in Masters Division(35-39) at 2017 AO3 & 2018 A01
