About Me:
I was born and raised in Bartlett, IL. Just moved back to the area in 2015 from Los Angeles, CA. Originally moved to LA for college and stayed because I wanted to be a beach bum forever! I’ve always been on the competitive sports side – captain of my cross country team in high school and ran hurdles in track, 300 meter was my fav race! I Started my crossfit journey in 2015, I love the environment, the challenge and meeting the great community of people along the way! Can’t wait to keep helping people reach their goals.

 

Favorite Workout/Movements:
Hand stand push ups, box jumps, toes to bar, Overhead Squats & Deadlifts

 

Least Favorite Workout/Movements:
Anything with Burpees!!!/Snatches, anything with a pull up (working on that weakness!!)

Crossfit Strengths/Weaknesses:
Cardio and endurance would be a strength and any upper body strength (pull ups, p.u… Etc!!) are my weakness!
